Year 5/6 rugby competition

Luton schools rugby competition

On the 8th of October the Meads Primary School had entered a tag rugby competition at Luton Rugby club which meant  we all had to work together and show the Value of  Self-belief. Representing the Meads were Ariana, Jake, Israel, Ny Ny, Evie, Connor, Kelan and Reuben.

First up was Pirton A team. It was 2-3 to Pirton A. Next we played Beachwood and working together we beat them 2-3 to the Meads. After that we Challenged Wenlock and beat them 4-3. One  match before the Quaterfinals The Meads beat Denbigh  7-0 try's To the Meads. We made it to the Quarterfinals. Happy and proud we  beat Whitfields 5-1. Celebrating, we made it to the Semifinals. We played Bramingham and devastatingly lost 3-4 to Bramingham.
